Delivery Locations
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. Enter your pin code at checkout to check if delivery is available in your area.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During sales, festivals, or high-demand periods, processing may take an additional 1-2 days.

We partner with reputed courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-4 business days (where available)
- Metro Cities: Typically delivered within 3-5 business days
- Remote Areas: May take 7-10 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, courier delays, or local holidays.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999
- Standard shipping charges of ₹49-₹99 apply for orders below ₹999
- Express shipping charges vary based on location and package weight
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress on the courier partner's website.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, please contact our customer support for reshipment.
Return Policy
Return Window
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
Eligible Items for Return
- Unused and unworn items in original packaging
- Items with all original tags and labels intact
- Items without any damage, stains, or alterations
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear (due to hygiene reasons)
- Customized or personalized products
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Products that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Gift cards and vouchers
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Our team will arrange a reverse pickup or provide instructions for self-ship
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Hand over the package to the pickup executive or ship it to us
Return Shipping
- For defective or damaged products: Return shipping is free
- For change of mind returns: Return shipping charges may apply
Refund Policy
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Methods
- Online Payments (UPI, Cards, Net Banking): Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank details to our customer support
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted:
- Items with minor signs of use
- Items not in original condition or missing components
- Items returned after the specified return window (at our discretion)
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage
- We will arrange a free return pickup
- A replacement or full refund will be provided based on availability
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of cancellation
