4. Payment

Payment must be received before order processing. We accept multiple payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallet payments.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Risk of loss or damage to products transfers to you upon delivery.

  • NIRVI BY ARYA is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or external factors.

6. Returns and Refunds

Products can be returned within 7-14 days of delivery (subject to condition and eligibility). Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of return acceptance. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

  • Customized or personalized items are non-returnable.

  • Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

7. Intellectual Property
